A Full Week of Delicious Vegan Meals From Paella to Enchiladas I was working at the conference next door at Computer Museum and walked over on the first day to see what options were available. I saw the Vegan Paella option outside and decided to walk in. Luis who was my waiter along Herasmo greeted me, and I asked for the Vegan Paella. The Paella was delicious, and I've tried many variations of Vegan Paellas. None like this one. For the next three days, I had three other meals at the restaurant where service was excellent the food was excellent and the environment of the restaurant was perfect for a break from a busy conference. On my next visit to Silicon Valley, I will stop at this place and take my friends.
